You will:Lead Daily OperationsManage and support a team of coatings specialists—ensuring they have clear direction, the right materials, and the tools they need to excel.Oversee all steps of the coatings process: substrate prep, equipment setup, application, curing, testing, and final inspections.Monitor workflow to maximize efficiency without compromising quality or safety.Drive Quality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to MGS and customer-specific procedures, documentation, and quality practices.Partner with Quality Team to address non-conformances and implement preventive actions.Participate in internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer representatives, environmental agencies).Support and Develop Your TeamTrain new employees, coach team members, and provide performance evaluations.Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions to build a strong, reliable team.Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.Manage Equipment & MaterialsOversee paint, powder, blasting, and coating equipment, ensuring smooth operation and proper maintenance.Manage inventory: ordering materials, verifying shipments, and implementing cost-saving practices.Maintain daily production reports, labor tracking, and meeting participation.Why Join Us?This is more than a supervisory role—it's a chance to make a measurable impact every day.
