Travel RN - Cath Lab/EP

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position in Southern California, requiring a valid CA RN license and at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience.Job Details• Cath Lab unit in an acute care hospital setting,• Monday through Friday schedule with one day off during the week,• Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (start time approximately 0730, with occasional 0630 start times based on unit needs),• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active California RN license, required at time of consideration,• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab/EP nursing experience,• At least 1 year of acute care experience required,• Specialty experience must be within the past 2 years,• Cerner EMR experience required,• At least one supervisory/director/manager reference from within the past year from a relevant unit,• A second professional reference from within the past 2 years (charge nurse, co-worker, or educator accepted),Additional Information• Local candidates are accepted for this position,• No RTO (time off requests) permitted within the first 2 weeks of assignment; all RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration and cannot be changed once submitted,• Candidates who have previously been employed by the health system must be approved before assignment begins,• Former employees must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler,• A pass/fail EKG exam is required (up to 3 attempts allowed),• No blocked scheduling or self-scheduling permitted,
