Job Description Kelly Tractor - CAT - Miami, FloridaPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for accurately applying customer payments and reconciling accounts to ensure proper recording toCustomer AR accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesPost daily customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) into the ERP systemResearch and resolve unapplied or misapplied paymentsReview accounts for credit balances and take appropriate action to apply credits or process refundsReconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepanciesCollaborates with Credit/Collections to resolve payment issuesMaintain accurate records of payment transactions and supporting documentationEnsure all month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable and payment postings are completed timely mannerAssist GL/accounting teams to review and reconcile bank statements for cash receipts to identify and correct discrepanciesPrepares and posts approved adjustments (write-offs, discounts, deductions) in accordance with Company policy and Management approvalCommunicate with customers as needed.Qualifications & Skills1–3 years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivableStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP a plus)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsBilingual a plusExperience working in a high-volume transaction department Apply TodayCompany DescriptionFlorida Caterpillar Dealer - CATEOE - Employees are expected to perform their daily duties safely and consider safety an integral part of their jobs.
