Your efforts will be pivotal in realizing our ambitious targets and upholding our distinguished reputation for excellence.RequirementsProfessionally interact with healthcare providers to acquire medical documentation and troubleshoot customer inquiriesDevelop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of medical supplies and insurance guidelinesIdentify and professionally resolve customer service-related issuesCollaborate with the Customer Care team to support customer service initiatives aligned with company goalsMeet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets in accordance with efficiency measurementsAdhere to compliance standards, including Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, and ACWProvide backup support to the Care Coordinator as neededCultivate positive connections with healthcare providers to nurture enduring working partnershipsMaintain a positive work environment that embodies BD's philosophy of professional excellence, teamwork, and integrityEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and training materialsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondenceStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret instructions and forecast workflow processesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database software, and call center telecommunications softwareFlexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as neededCompensationBD offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.Company OverviewWe enable the imaginable.
