For more information, please see our Privacy PolicyWe are seeking an experienced Middle Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management and Process Implementation to lead the development and implementation of the new internal systems and business processes. The ideal candidate has a blend of project management, analytical, and soft skills to analyze and improve processes on department and company levels and communicate directly with the stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementationConduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirementsAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stageWork closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutionsLead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phasesMonitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomesLead business process implementation - ensuring solutions are embedded into actual workflows and adopted by the teamsCollect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutionsPrepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders and senior managementMaintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practicesProactively identify potential process improvements, efficiency gaps, and blind spots across teams and workflowsQualifications3+ years of experience in project managementStrong organizational, planning, and delivery skillsExperience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup, is a mustStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholdersData-driven approach to decision-makingExperience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlinesEnglish at least B2What We OfferOpportunity to shape the backbone systems of a modern, data-driven digital company.Autonomy to lead meaningful projects from ideation to impact.A collaborative, innovation-first environment that values initiative and experimentation.Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00/2:00 PM – 9:00/10:00 PM EET.Why Join UsYou’ll be at the intersection of technology, process innovation, and business growth - building systems that empower our teams to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.
