With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Arrowhead BMW strives to build lasting relationships that continue long after the initial purchase.Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Arrowhead BMW in Glendale, AZ. This position is responsible for guiding clients through the vehicle selection and purchase process, including needs assessment, product demonstrations, test drives, and presenting financing and insurance options. The Client Advisor will follow up with prospective and existing clients, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and coordinate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, preparing pricing and lease/finance proposals, explaining BMW features and benefits, and supporting clients throughout the delivery and post-sale phases to promote satisfaction and retention.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and long-term relationships.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients in person, by phone, and online.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Insurance and basic automotive financing concepts to explain coverage and options clearly.Relevant experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a track record of meeting performance goals, is beneficial.Ability to learn and present technical product information, use dealership CRM tools, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or BMW/automotive certifications are a plus.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
