This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to translate complex planning and workforce needs into scalable, secure, and high performing Anaplan architectures aligned with broader enterprise architecture, data governance, and strategic planning objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end to end Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management domains.Set the architectural vision, standards, and best practices for Anaplan across the organisation.Act as the subject matter expert and key advisor for complex, enterprise wide Anaplan implementations and integrations.Design and lead Anaplan models for:Finance : Headcount cost modelling, compensation planning, forecasting, scenario analysis.HR : Position management, hiring plans, attrition modelling, workforce analytics.Provide governance and oversight for modelling frameworks, ALM, security, and performance optimisation.Oversee Architects and define integration strategies with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows.Serve as the authority on Anaplan security models, user roles, and access controls across domains.Establish and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions using Anaplan and complementary BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Mentor and lead onshore, offshore, and cross functional teams through design, build, testing, and deployment.Act as a strategic advisor to Finance and HR leadership, shaping the enterprise planning and workforce roadmap.Bridge IT, Finance, and HR to ensure planning platforms align with business strategy and enterprise architecture.Evaluate emerging trends in workforce planning, predictive analytics, and EPM platforms to inform the enterprise technology roadmap.Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new planning capabilities.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).Required Qualifications10+ years of hands on experience with Anaplan, including model building, solution architecture, ALM, and security configuration.Proven experience supporting both Finance and HR planning or analytics functions.Strong understanding of financial planning, workforce management, and organisational design.Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake.Hands on experience with integration tools and approaches (e.g., Anaplan Connect, APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, Oracle OIC).Proficiency with data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Experience with predictive modelling tools and techniques (e.g., Python, R, Azure ML).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and IT leaders.Ability to exercise independent judgement on complex, ambiguous problems with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsAnaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification.Experience with other EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM/PBCS, Adaptive Insights, SAP BPC).Background in enterprise architecture, data strategy, or IT business analysis.Experience working in agile delivery environments and managing product backlogs.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
