Team Member

We are currently looking for seasonal team members to join our staff for the upcoming fall/winter season, September to February . This is a fun, coffee-centric, weekend retail spot in Southwest Michigan. Send us your info if this sounds like the place for you! *Key Skills & Responsibilities:* Customer Service & Communication: * Warmly welcome customers at the counter and drive-thru window * Efficiently take customer orders using a Square Register * Learn and articulate coffee products and menu items * Confidently handle cash transactions Food & Beverage Preparation: * Clearly communicate drink orders with baristas * Help baristas prepare and serve drinks to customers * Assist in packaging warmed biscuits and roasted coffee Cleanliness & Organization: * Complete daily cleaning and task lists * Check and restock supplies * Stay busy and engaged with customers *Other Requirements:* * Must be available to work weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) * Must be able to stand for a full shift (4-6 hrs) and lift up to 30 pounds * Must have a positive attitude and work well with others * Must love dogs and coffee * ​Must ​c​omply ​with our Company Handbook * Must align with our Company Core Values Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
