Join The BILH TeamWhen you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.36 E/N; 7p-7:30a; rotating weekends and holidaysUnit DescriptionThe Critical Care Center is a 13-bed critical care unit with 24 hour intensivist coverage that serves adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical issues.Preference will be given, by seniority, to those qualified nurses who were serially displaced within the 18 months following his/her displacement according to MNA contract section 9.4 (f)(1).Minimum RequirementsCurrent Mass RN licenseCurrent AHA BLS and ACLS certification required.At least 6 months-1 year recent (within the last 12 months) critical care experience required; ability to demonstrate competency in core critical care skills: ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMI care; evidence of relevant continuing educationRecommended RequirementsBSN & CCRN Preferred.Documented professional development activities.As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.Vaccination RequirementAs a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
