We're a team of ~100 people moving fast toward first EL9 test flights in 2027 and certification by late 2029 or 2030. Every hire matters at this stage - and this role is no exception.The RoleAs our VP of Finance & Accounting, you'll serve as the senior finance leader responsible for all accounting and financial operations at a rapidly scaling aerospace manufacturing company. That means owning the controllership, building the financial infrastructure, and driving the ERP system work that is critical to our path to certification and commercialization.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll report directly to the CEO, work closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations leadership, and build the financial foundation that supports Electra's growth from development-stage startup to certified aircraft manufacturer.
