You will lead a team, define best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient CI/CD processes across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and implementation of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsDefine and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governanceArchitect scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AzureImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / Bicep / ARMDrive automation across build, deployment, and monitoring processesCollaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teamsLead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisMentor junior DevOps engineers and conduct code reviewsEnsure security (DevSecOps) and compliance standards are followedRequired SkillsStrong expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts)12+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud EngineeringHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, AKS, VMs, Storage, Networking)Deep knowledge of CI/CD concepts and toolsExperience with Terraform / ARM Templates / BicepStrong experience with Docker & Kubernetes (AKS)Proficiency in PowerShell / Bash / Python scriptingStrong understanding of Git workflows and branching strategiesExperience with monitoring & logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)Leadership & Architecture SkillsProven experience leading DevOps teamsAbility to design scalable, highly available, and secure architecturesExperience in defining DevOps strategy and roadmapStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, or GitOps practicesKnowledge of microservices and container-based architectureFamiliarity with SonarQube, Nexus, JFrog ArtifactoryExposure to multi-cloud (AWS/GCP)Experience with security tools and compliance frameworks
