Our machinery lineup includes mills, lathes, grinders, saws, press brakes, shears, rolls and other industrial equipment used across a wide range of manufacturing industries.We are seeking an experienced Machine Tool Service Technician to support machine installations, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training both in our showroom and in the field. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working hands-on with industrial machinery and solving technical problems.ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot, repair, and service industrial machineryDiagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesPerform machine startup, testing, alignment, and calibrationProvide operator training and machine demonstrationsSupport customers remotely and on-siteDocument service activities and communicate technical findings clearlyCoordinate with internal service and operations teamsQualifications2+ years of industrial equipment, machine tool, maintenance, or field service experienceStrong mechanical and industrial electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsExperience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial control systemsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailAbility to work independently in the fieldProfessional communication and customer interaction skillsPreferred ExperienceMachine tool or fabrication equipment experienceField service or industrial installation experiencePLC or industrial control troubleshooting experienceManufacturing or capital equipment backgroundTravel ExpectationsThis position is based near Philadelphia but includes travel (25-35%) throughout the US for machine installations, service calls, and trade shows.
