Intelligence Analyst 4 – Language
Hyperion Solutions Group is seeking an Intelligence Analyst – Language who can execute, and on occasion, lead research, analysis, and evaluation efforts to produce studies, assessments and technical reports. Research efforts may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. Candidate must also be able to develop security policy, procedures, guidelines, strategic documentation, and security training. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of roles, missions and functions of Intelligence organizations, and TRADOC. Candidate must be capable of conducting research and drafting executive summaries, presentations, information papers, and decision papers for senior leadership. Incumbent must provide mid to high-level analytical assessment and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly provide key information to leadership. Incumbent must be able to identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and data quality. May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules.
Required:
Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Academic or professional experience independently performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis using complex data sets.
Demonstrated briefing and writing skills. Demonstrated knowledge of:
DLI Language Training
Language maintenance/sustainment resources and programs
Army language coded billet requirements
Linguist support to DoD activities
Programming and resourcing Army Foreign Language Programs
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience.
Minimum Experience:
Fourteen (14) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to strategic.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing Army Linguists.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working Army Foreign Language Policy and Programs.
Must have served as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint (J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD (I) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency.
Desired:
Combat deployment experience as an Intelligence Officer/Warrant Officer or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer.
