Executive & Administrative SupportManage day-to-day operational coordinationManage schedules, appointments, reminders, and follow upsHandle research, online purchases, reservations, and miscellaneous administrative requestsCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, transportation, and logisticsDraft professional emails, meeting notes, and communication when neededCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partnersMaintain confidentiality for sensitive business and personal matters2. Office & Property OperationsOversee office and property related operationsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and vendorsEnsure office readiness, cleanliness, utilities, internet, and access systems are functioning properlyMaintain lease, insurance, vendor, and property documentationCoordinate office improvements, renovations, and furnishing projectsTrack operational expenses, invoices, renewals, and budgetsEnsure timely completion of operational tasks and escalations3. Real Estate & Project CoordinationResearch and coordinate potential real estate opportunitiesCollect property details, pricing, and market informationPrepare basic ROI and comparison analysisCoordinate site visits, vendor meetings, and documentationAssist with due diligence coordination and project trackingMaintain trackers for acquisitions, projects, and milestones4. Offshore Team Visits & Event CoordinationCoordinate onsite visits for offshore employees and leadership teamsArrange meeting schedules, conference rooms, transportation, and accommodationsCoordinate onboarding logistics, workspace setup, and local supportOrganize client dinners, networking events, office events, and team activitiesTrack travel schedules, budgets, and visit related documentationEnsure smooth execution of internal and external events5.
