Wyld operates in multiple states and across Canada with more launches on the horizon.Department and LocationDepartment: THC SALESLocation: Ohio – ColumbusDescriptionAs a Logistics Support, you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and representing the Wyld brand. This front-facing role provides direct support to Wyld's clients and customers, ensuring timely delivery of Wyld products, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining relationships at accounts, communicating account-related items to the sales team in the field, and serving as a subject matter expert on company background and product knowledge.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesJob is based in Johnstown, OHProduct delivery and payment collectionComply with traffic legislation and demonstrate safe driving and road safety habitsConduct inspections of vehicle before loading product and departing for deliveriesEnsure the safety and security of the loading and unloading processDeliver orders following detailed route instructions in state territoryUnload goods and review deliveries with clients to ensure products meet their needsAccurately manage monetary transactions and transport ordersBrand ambassador and merchandising at accountsAttend events, partnerships and promotional opportunities to represent and promote WyldEducate customers, consumers, and budtenders about the brand and productsLead budtender education at dispensariesRemain knowledgeable on Wyld products, pricing, and nuancesExecute administrative responsibilities including daily CRM reporting, mileage and expense reporting, and internal logsAssist Sales Account Managers by providing marketplace feedback and communicating client needsMaintain ongoing communication with Logistics Managers and log feedback and daily tasks in the CRMUnderstand state level regulations and internal policies to ensure proper field executionMay be assigned additional tasks as business needs changeQualifications1+ year of delivery driving experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce is a plusStrong attention to detailActive state driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable personal vehicle for marketing events (mileage reimbursement at federal rate)Effective communication in English (verbal and written); bilingual preferredHours may vary based on business needsMust obtain state cannabis permits/licenses/certifications as requiredServSafe Food Handler's Card preferredWilling to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle reportMust be 21 years of age or older per state regulationsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Overnight travel may be required; lodging/meals covered by the companyBenefitsAs a non-exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive hourly wage of $24.75/hr, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401(k), and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
