Wendy's Shift Supervisor $15-$20/hr

Wendy’s is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure food quality, customer service, and team performance standards are met. Shift Supervisors are responsible for supervising crew members, assigning work positions, assisting with food preparation and customer service, handling customer concerns, managing cash drawers, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during the shift. Supervisors may assist with opening and closing procedures, counting cash drawers, preparing deposits, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are followed. This position typically pays $15 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, bonus opportunities, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.Shift Supervisors are responsible for leading the team during shifts, assisting crew members, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time, handling customer complaints, managing cash handling procedures, completing shift reports, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the restaurant meets company service and cleanliness standards.Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee meal discounts, bonus programs, and opportunities for advancement into Assistant Manager or General Manager roles.
