## Job Overview We are seeking a Bouncer to join our team. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at our establishment. ## Duties - Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering - Check identification to verify legal age requirements for entry - Enforce venue policies and regulations to ensure a safe environment - Handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism - Escort unruly individuals off the premises when necessary - Collaborate with law enforcement if needed ## Qualifications - Prior experience in security or related field preferred - Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus - Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems - Proficient in conflict management techniques - Familiarity with loss prevention strategies - Military background is advantageous Join our team as a Bouncer and contribute to maintaining a secure environment for all patrons and staff.
