You will be the primary coordinator for shipment documentation and broker communication. The position ensures accuracy and compliance across shipping activities while supporting on-site shipping, receiving, and inventory control.ResponsibilitiesBroker & Trade ComplianceServe as main point of contact for customs brokersPrepare and validate shipping documentationEnsure Incoterms are accurate and consistent across transactionsIdentify and escalate discrepancies or compliance risksShipment CoordinationCoordinate with HQ to align shipment details and documentationTrack shipments and resolve delivery or documentation issuesManage shipping and receiving of equipment and packagesReceive, inspect, test, label, organize, and track incoming partsInventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory records and track movementsPerform periodic inventory checksMaintain the North America spare parts inventory strategy, including defining stock levels, usage rationale, lead times, and criticality - creating a structured and auditable inventory systemQualificationsBachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)minimum 3–5 years in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordinationRequired SkillsExperience with customs brokers and international shipmentsFamiliarity with inventory tracking, spare parts management, warehouse operationsExposure to import/export or trade compliance is preferredExperience working with international teams is a plusExperience in ISO-regulated environments (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001) is a plusStrong organizational skills with careful attention to detailYou impress with your communication skills and are comfortable working with technical teams, inventory systems, CRM systems, and internal stakeholdersFor you, success is a team effort consisting of cooperation, reliability, and partnershipStrong sense of ownership and follow-throughComfortable with both hands-on and administrative workAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong Excel and data tracking skillsStrong written and verbal English skillsVisa sponsorship is not available for this position, and applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisEqual Opportunity StatementOur client is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
