Job Description: Lead discovery and scoping conversations with prospective customers to define implementation and training requirementsPartner with Sales to accurately estimate delivery hours for core systems, modules, and custom solutionsDevelop detailed handover documentation to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to Services deliveryScope Service & Success Package usage requests in collaboration with Customer Success ManagersCreate proofs of concept and recommend solutions for complex or non-standard customer needsCollaborate with Product, Partnerships, and Services to scope delivery for new features and integrationsMaintain and improve scoping accuracy by monitoring implementations and updating internal frameworks (e.g., hours matrix)Requirements: Proficiency in StarRez or similar SaaS platforms (e.g. SIS, payments, integrations, SSO) OR 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally in a B2B SaaS customer-facing or delivery-focused environmentStrong ability to scope, estimate, and translate business requirements into actionable plansExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across internal teams and customersStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.Benefits: Health insurance401(k) matchingFlexible work hoursPaid time off
