The CLO will be responsible for the enterprise lending strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the organization's lending activities are in line with its mission and impact objectives. This executive will also be tasked with maintaining portfolio performance, and credit discipline, and leading product innovation in alignment with capital deployment strategy. The role demands a leader with a strong background in commercial lending, structured credit, or community development finance, and the ability to operate across various asset classes. The CLO will be a key member of the Executive Management Team, engaging with the Board, and must be adept at influencing and driving decision-making at the highest levels. Candidates for the CLO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Essential skills include enterprise lending leadership, P&L ownership, and a proven track record in organizational leadership and team scaling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of capital markets, product strategy, and regulatory compliance, with experience in a regulated financial environment. The CLO should be an executive leader with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive enterprise-level decision-making, and lead with a focus on results, transparency, and continuous improvement.
