This role is ideal for someone who understands how to balance content quality with scalability, and is passionate about storytelling within the home and furniture space.This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & ExecutionManage and execute the social media content calendar aligned with yearly marketing plans and campaign timelinesCreate, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, FB, Youtube, Pinterest, etc.)Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and conversion targetsMonitor performance and optimize content based on engagement, trends, and platform insightsContent Creation & ProductionAssist with production shoots, including on-site coordination and executionCapture and produce visual content (photo/video); Videography & photography skills requiredSupport creative direction and understand the full production workflow (pre-production to post-production)Create graphics and marketing assets using tools like Canva and AI design platformsCan carry 30 lbs of furniture (only during production days).Content Distribution & GrowthAdapt and distribute content across multiple platforms with platform-specific optimizationGenerate social buzz around product launches and campaignsStay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practicesPaid Media & Performance TrackingSupport execution of paid social campaigns (Meta, Pinterest, and other social platforms)Track and analyze social media performance, traffic, and ROIPrepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insightsMonitor SEO and user engagement, and recommend improvementsPartnerships & CommunicationCommunicate and coordinate with external vendors, creators, and partnersSupport influencer outreach and collaboration (existing relationships are a plus)Build and maintain relationships within the industry (studios, creators, brands, etc.)Qualifications3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content productionProven experience growing social media accounts and driving engagementStrong storytelling skills with an eye for design, aesthetics, and brand voiceHands-on experience with content creation (photography/video + editing)Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO, and web traffic metricsExperience running or assisting with paid adsProficiency in Canva and/or AI creative toolsSkills & AttributesStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to identify target audience preferences and create relevant contentExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptablePassion for home, lifestyle, or furniture industry is highly preferredBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time off
