Territory Sales Representative

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated Territory Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area and driving sales within that region. *Duties* - Conduct direct sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue growth - Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers - Implement strategies for upselling products and services - Execute outside sales calls to prospective clients - Utilize lead generation techniques to identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets - Manage territory effectively, ensuring maximum coverage and customer engagement - Provide software demonstrations to potential clients *Requirements* - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment - Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to manage a territory efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of software applications for sales management - Demonstrated success in business development and lead generation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service/Retail: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Relocate: San Antonio, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
