These positions are critical to maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production standards across the facility.In this role, you will:4-Day Hiring EventDate: June 8 – June 11, 2026Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (CST)Location: Element by WestinAddress: 3401 Medlin Lane, Bentonville, AR 72712Event Details:On-the-spot interviews availableWalk-ins welcome (preferred to apply and pre-schedule in advance)Please apply with a tailored resume when submitting your application in Workday.Open Positions:Technical Process Operators12-hour night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, on a 2-2-3 schedule)Multiple openings availableCompensation:Starting pay: $22.60/hourNight shift premium: +$1.25/hourThe Technical Process Operator (TPO) is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in the production of plastic trash bags and food storage wrap. TPOs are assigned to one of four departments based on business needs: Conversion - operate bag making and packaging equipment Extrusion - operate film making, tape slitting, and reclaim production equipment Food - operate extrusion, forming, winding, and packaging equipment Logistics - operate fork trucks, palletizers, robots, and trash compacting equipmentTPOs must be able to perform the following essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation:Operate and maintain equipment and processes according to specifications and standard operating proceduresKeep raw materials, commodities, cartons, cases, and glue stocked during production periodsProcess scrap materials according to proceduresPerform routine and unique mechanical and maintenance tasks in accordance with training levelRemove or replace equipment parts and components with hand toolsTroubleshoot equipment and process failuresConduct equipment set-up changes according to established proceduresComplete required paperwork accuratelyEnter quality and productWhat we look for:Manufacturing or machine operation experienceAt least 18 years oldEligible for legal employment in the USHigh school diploma or equivalentOur values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
