SEASONAL STORE & WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Blue Seal Farm & Home, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE family of companies, is seeking a Seasonal Store & Warehouse Associate to support our team during the busy season at our Brattleboro, VT location. This part-time, seasonal role offers fewer than 30 hours per week and requires weekend availability. We also offer a generous employee discount as part of this opportunity.The compensation range for this role is $16.00 to $16.50. Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist customers with product needs and answering questionsCashing out customers with register system, stocking store, and loading store customersReceive product orders, merchandising, and create vendor orders directly for the storeOther duties may include loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products for customers as well as for the warehouseMay also be require operation of a hand truck and a fork truck in a safe manner and follow all safety rulesReceive, accurately load, and rotate productMaintain cleanliness of the warehouse and loading areasOther duties as assigned by Store Management EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Qualified candidates must be able to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inchesSolid work historyOutstanding customer service skills is a mustAble to work independently as well as with others and supervisionAnimal, retail, agriculture experience preferredAbility to pass pre-employment drug screenEqual Opportunity Employer
