Barista - CMU

REDHAWK COFFEE, CMU - We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Barista to join our team! If you love coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.Position Details:Part-time, in-store position.Must be available for at least 4 consecutive hours between 7am and 6pm twice a week, Monday through Friday. Additional shifts may be available as needed.Qualifications:Previous barista or café experience preferred, although not required (we’re happy to train the right person!)Strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.Strong communication skills.Must be able to lift 50lbs.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items.Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.Assist with café upkeep, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining equipment.Support teammates and contribute to a positive shop environment.Perks:Fun, community-driven workplaceFree coffee while on shiftEmployee discounts on beans and merchFall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Break and weekends off!Please send your availability for the 2026 Fall Semester with your resume.
