As a Sub Same Day (SSD) Operations Engineer, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of challenging cross‑functional projects. You are a customer‑obsessed leader who will play an integral part in the planning and execution of facility infrastructure for new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives. Project management and internal/external stakeholder management skills will be essential.
Key job responsibilities
Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
Partner with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions that would affect project cost or schedule.
Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
Manage project budget and approve all purchase orders.
Travel up to 80%.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience working with and managing third‑party vendors
Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
Ability to travel up to 80%
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in operations or supply‑chain engineering
Advanced knowledge of project budgeting and cost control
