Experience and EducationSome management experience preferred.High School Diploma or GED.Previous retail experience.Valid Driver's License. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)Lead the Customer First Culture in the assigned storeConduct weekly management team meetings/monthly store meetings and encourage on-going open communication, feedback, and follow-upDevelop and maintain fully staffed stores with fully trained management team members and sales associatesCreate the work schedule according to operating hours to make sure the store is staffed sufficientlyComply with Minuteman programs, policies, and procedures as well as regulatory requirementsMonitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve profitable store goalsObserve and evaluate each employee's job performance against goalsCapable of performing the required reports with an understanding of the price bookConnect with the community to establish positive relationships, development, and store successMaintain cigarette countsSecure lottery tickets per company policy and perform daily audits on the ticketsAdminister corrective action plans/conference reports(write-ups)Assume responsibility for assignments as needed Work Schedule Managers are required to work 50hrs per week. Managers are to work one weekend a month. This weekend would be considered a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Managers are also required to work 4 2nd shifts in one month time period.
