Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Position Overview: As the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, embodying our values of professionalism and warmth. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to all levels of team members in a fast-paced environment, where you will also find opportunities for professional development and growth. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members. Open new case files and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented. Enter case updates, new information, and contacts into our database. Manage various case-related tasks as assigned. Compose and edit letters and other correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Copy, scan, and send ingoing and outgoing correspondence. Distribute emails, faxes, and mail in a timely manner. Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to documents and records. Support team members with additional administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a professional setting. Professional and welcoming phone manner. Exceptional typing skills Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
