Our clients are closing cases faster, generating more revenue per patient, and sending us referrals without being asked. That's what happens when the product works. The market wants it. Now we need someone to pour gas on it.That's you.What This Role Actually IsYou own revenue growth. Not "brand awareness." Not "engagement metrics." Revenue.You'll build the machine that takes strangers and turns them into customers — repeatedly, predictably, and profitably. Then you'll scale that machine until it breaks, fix it, and scale it again.If you've never built pipeline from scratch, this isn't for you. If you need a team of 12 before you can ship anything, this isn't for you. If you think "growth" means posting on LinkedIn and hoping, definitely not for you.What You'll Actually DoBuild the demand gen engine across two verticals — legal and healthcare. Both are massive. Both are underserved. Both are buying right now.Own the full funnel. Top to bottom. First impression to closed deal. You and our EVP of Sales will be joined at the hip. Turn every customer win into ten more customers. Referral loops, case studies, association partnerships, co-marketing. Our best clients are already sending us business — you'll systematize that. Find the money hiding inside our existing accounts. Upsell, cross-sell, multi-product adoption. Most companies ignore this. You won't.Instrument everything. If you can't measure it, you can't scale it. Attribution, CAC, LTV, cohort analysis — you'll know exactly what's working and kill everything that isn't.Hire when it's time. Not before. You'll build the growth team as the numbers justify it — demand gen, lifecycle, growth ops.What You Bring7+ years scaling a B2B SaaS company. Ideally, you've been part of a ride from single-digit millions to $50M+. You've sold to professional services buyers — lawyers, doctors, people who are smart, skeptical, and don't tolerate fluff. You've built pipeline that actually converts, not dashboards that look pretty in board decks. You can write copy, read a P&L, and run a paid campaign in the same afternoon. You've operated in a startup where you had no budget, no team, and no excuses — and you still hit the number.Why This Role Is Worth Your TimeBecause the upside is enormous and the risk is low.The product works.
