Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!ResponsibilitiesOverseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crewCoordinating the equipment and materials needed for each projectSupervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspectsMaintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlinesOverseeing quality control on job sitesSafely operating equipment such as a loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projectsLoading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layoutsDaily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintainedPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedSkills/RequirementsValid driver's licenseBilingual in English/Spanish preferredExperience with landscape construction projectsKnowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work, and irrigationSupervisory experienceMust be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the dayMust be able to use hand tools and power equipment needed for landscape construction projectsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
