Job Description Manhattan WMoS Techno-Functional Consultant (Senior / Principal)We are hiring Senior Consultant (4–5 yrs) and Principal Consultant (6+ yrs) for a 100% onsite role in Memphis, TN or Portland, OR.Must Have Skills:4–6+ years hands-on experience in Manhattan WMoS (2017/2019)At least 1–2 full lifecycle WMoS implementations or upgradesStrong techno-functional WMS experience (configuration + business analysis)PL/SQL experience with database tablesExperience in SIT, UAT, E2E testing, and release supportAbility to write BRDs, functional specifications, and test plansExperience in WMoS configuration, scripting, and label design (ZPL/MarkMagic)Strong incident management, RCA, and production support skillsKey Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements (BRDs) through stakeholder collaborationDesign, configure, and enhance Manhattan WMoS solutionsSupport WMoS implementations, upgrades, and system enhancementsExecute SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing activitiesSupport release management and production deploymentsPerform production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysisWork closely with business and technical teams for solution deliveryNote:We kindly request that only candidates with hands-on experience in Manhattan WMoS implementation, configuration, and PL/SQL be submitted for consideration.
