Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Exciting opportunities await for experienced School Psychologists seeking a rewarding contract role in the Silverdale area for the 2026-2027 academic year. This part-time (0.5 FTE) position is dedicated to supporting K-12 students with in-person psychological services throughout the school year, starting August 31, 2026, and concluding on June 16, 2027. Collaborate closely with educators and families as an integral member of a supportive educational environment.Qualifications:Current and active Washington State School Psychologist license is requiredPrior experience in school-based settings strongly preferredComfortable and enthusiastic about working with students across K-12 grade levelsStrong assessment, counseling, and consultation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with teachers, staff, and familiesCommitment to in-person, on-campus service (virtual/VOCO not considered)Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases as assignedResponsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for studentsCollaborate with teachers and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)Deliver direct counseling services and crisis interventions as neededProvide consultative support to faculty and families regarding student learning and behavioral needsMaintain thorough, compliant documentation and timely reportsParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetingsAdvocate for student wellbeing and success through evidence-based practicesIf you're passionate about making a difference with school communities and prepared for a hands-on role empowering students, this contract is designed for you.
