Salesforce Solution Architech1Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignLead end-to-end solution design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud including CPQ, Billing, RLM, and ContractsDefine scalable and secure architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standardsOwn high-level and detailed design documentsRevenue Cloud & Q2C ExpertiseDesign and implement Quote-to-Cash processes including:Product catalog & pricing strategyComplex pricing rules, discounting, and approvalsContract lifecycle managementSubscription, usage-based, and milestone billingRevenue schedules and amendments (renewals, upsell, cancelations)Experience transitioning from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) is a strong plusStakeholder CollaborationPartner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather and refine requirementsAct as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership on Revenue Cloud capabilitiesDrive solution walkthroughs and design reviews with technical and business teamsIntegration & DataDesign integrations between Salesforce and ERP/Finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Define data migration and data governance strategies for products, pricing, contracts, and billing dataEnsure data accuracy across the revenue lifecycleTechnical LeadershipProvide architectural guidance to developers and adminsReview configurations, customizations, and code for quality and performanceSupport deployment planning, release management, and post-go-live stabilizationRequired Skills & QualificationsSalesforce ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue CloudExpertise in one or more:Salesforce CPQSalesforce BillingRevenue Lifecycle Management (RLM)Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce platformOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
