As The Client Partner Account Specialist You Will
Lead the day‑to‑day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
End‑to‑end manage account projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.
Work closely with channel teams (SEM, SEO, Social, Display) to ensure solutions are aligned with overall business goals.
Serve as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates on project progress and outcomes.
Professional Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven record of executing successful campaigns.
Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and how they work together, including Google Analytics and project‑management tools.
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
