We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and relationship-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will work closely with and report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple facilities and states. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, thinks creatively, and is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent.We are looking for someone who is proactive, persistent, and eager to go beyond traditional recruiting methods to build strong candidate pipelines and connect with high-quality talent.
