Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & BI Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, Data Modeling, and AWS Data Services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver impactful analytics and business intelligence solutions.
Must-Have Skills
BI & Data Analytics
Hands-on experience developing BI solutions using Tableau and AWS data services.
Experience working with Amazon Redshift, RDS, Athena, and Glue.
Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Tableau Expertise
Minimum 4 years of Tableau dashboard development experience.
Build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Create calculated fields, parameters, and advanced Tableau features.
Design intuitive and visually appealing dashboards with role-based filters and views.
Connect Tableau to multiple data sources to deliver real-time insights.
SQL & Data Modeling
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex data environments.
Advanced SQL skills including
Joins
Subqueries
CTEs
Window Functions
Experience with database platforms such as
Microsoft SQL Server
Oracle
Teradata
Redshift
SAP HANA
SQL performance tuning and optimization.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
Supply Chain Domain Knowledge
Understanding of supply chain operations including
Inventory Management
Procurement
Logistics
Experience defining and tracking supply chain KPIs and metrics.
Additional Preferred Skills
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Exposure to Python or R for analytics is a plus.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics workloads.
Troubleshoot analytics pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
Lead projects, mentor team members, and promote BI best practices.
Deliver meaningful business insights from complex datasets.
Required Qualifications
6–10 years of overall experience in Data Analytics / BI
4+ years of Tableau dashboard development experience
5+ years of advanced SQL and data modeling experience
Experience with AWS data services (Redshift, Athena, Glue, RDS)
Strong supply chain domain knowledge
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
