Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future.Job DescriptionJob Summary Instrument / Consumables Assembler performs essential production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assemble and package final products and subassemblies using both automated machinery and hands-on assembly techniques. All work is completed according to detailed instructions provided through drawings, written specifications, and production documentationDuties and Responsibilities:Execute precise assembly and packaging operations while maintaining strict quality standards and tight tolerancesFollow quality control documents, written instructions, and verbal guidance with minimal oversightVerify accuracy of all production documentation, including quality checklists, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly specificationsOrganize and retrieve materials to maintain adequate stock levels for continuous production flowOperate production machinery, calibrated hand tools, and computer systems for data entry and product labelingAdhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipmentComplete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or production leadsEssential Job FunctionsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
