Collections Supervisor

Our client in Johns Creek, GA is hiring for a Collection Supervisor. This newly created role focuses on leading a team dedicated to collections while supporting lien and bond processes within a growing environment. The position requires a hands-on leader who can mentor a team of nine and drive timely resolution of receivables. Ideal candidates will bring strong B2B collections experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting.Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of collections professionals, ensuring performance and developmentOversee aging receivables, driving resolution of accounts beyond terms and managing credit holdsReview delinquent accounts and coordinate third-party collection placements when necessarySupport lien and bond processes, including review of documentation and compliance requirementsQualifications:3–5+ years of B2B collections experience with prior leadership responsibilityExperience with construction liens and payment bonds strongly preferredAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar)Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership abilitiesQualified, local candidates should apply today for immediate consideration.
