The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying suitable insurance solutions, providing personalized consultations, and processing policies for both commercial and personal lines. You will assist clients in evaluating risks, recommend coverage options, and ensure timely policy renewals or modifications. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with reputable insurance carriers to secure the best policies aligned with client needs.QualificationsProficiency in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance BrokerageUnderstanding of Finance principles as they relate to insurance policies and client managementStrong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster lasting relationshipsActive Property & Casualty Insurance LicenseExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively in a hybrid environmentExperience in particular/neche insurance market is a strong advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
