NetSuite Functional Consultant

We are working with a growing organization seeking a strong NetSuite Financial Systems Consultant to support an evolving ERP environment and help drive financial process improvements across the business. This individual will play a key role in troubleshooting system challenges, improving reporting visibility, and helping bring structure and best practices to a recently implemented NetSuite environment.This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, partnering directly with finance and operational teams, and serving as a trusted NetSuite SME. The organization is continuing to expand its NetSuite footprint, creating strong potential for long-term project work and future initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAct as a hands-on NetSuite SME supporting financial operations and system optimizationTroubleshoot issues across AP, AR, GL, and financial reportingImprove reporting visibility through saved searches, dashboards, and financial reportsInvestigate and resolve financial data discrepancies and reporting inconsistenciesPartner with accounting and business stakeholders to improve system usability and efficiencyRecommend and implement NetSuite best practices across financial processesSupport post-go-live stabilization efforts and ongoing ERP enhancementsProvide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal users and administratorsAssist with future NetSuite initiatives including operational and process improvement projectsRequirementsStrong functional NetSuite experience, particularly within FinancialsHands-on expertise with AP, AR, GL, reporting, and saved searchesExperience troubleshooting financial and reporting issues within NetSuiteAbility to work independently in evolving or lightly structured environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder-facing skillsExperience supporting post-go-live NetSuite environments preferredManufacturing, WMS, or purchasing experience is a plusWhat They're Looking ForSomeone who can quickly assess issues and provide practical solutionsA consultant comfortable balancing hands-on work with strategic advisory responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to partner closely with internal teams and help mature overall system usageAdditional DetailsRemote opportunity with flexible engagement structureHigh visibility role with strong potential for extensionOpportunity to support futu Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
