We are a true partner who nurtures, invests in and collaborates with our clients to ensure their big ideas are executed and brought to market.Position Available: Product Management DirectorJob Summary: The Product Management Director is responsible for leading and managing the Product Management team who is responsible for establishing practices and process methodologies in order to improve product performance in the marketplace.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Build product management practices and establish process methodologies across team. Lead cross functional projects/teams to activate growth driving execution with customers. Identify opportunities to grow ACCP Products revenue and category share.Drive product analytics to understand optimization and decision making for product life cycle. Establish metrics to monitor product development and use data to analyze results and identify enhancement opportunities.Oversee controllable margin target by category and set initiatives with product managers to hit targeted goals. Develop the advancement of new products, approve, and provide support on project requirements, scope, and objectives.Handle the vison and responsibility of and strategic direction of ACCP Product Strategy across the organization. By developing, defining, and overseeing products roadmap and managing as required for the purpose of meeting deliverables for the business. Responsible for overseeing, leading, and managing product teams throughout the product development practices.Work closely with product managers to ensure new projects remain on track, by building team knowledge and skills to make the product team more effective. Review and track team wide development goals. Ensure tools and software resources are properly allocated throughout the team. Managing interdepartmental communication flow to ensure deliverables are met in an efficient and effective manner.Represent product team deliverables to executive team and provide insight and direction to team strategy.Ensure clients' needs are met as product development projects evolve. Overseeing the development of sales materials to ensure fluid communication from product to customer. Negotiate directly with suppliers to meet quality and delivery objectives. Represent the product management team, when required, in customer meetings, trade shows, and executive briefings, by advocating for the benefits and values of the products we make.Provide strong, visionary leadership to the product team, guiding overall direction, setting clear expectations, and cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Support the overall growth and development of the product team by identifying opportunities to build capabilities, strengthen team performance, and encourage professional advancement at all levels.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, marketing or another relevant 7 or more years of experience in category management, product development, manufacturing and or CPG Familiar with product and project management process and all related tools used by product managers. Deep understanding of tabletop and food contact manufacturing and merchandising know how.Ability to lead, manage, and establish goals and initiatives across various teams through innovation and processStrategic and creative thinker with the ability to build go to market strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders. Work Environment: Office setting / TravelPhysical Demands:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
