Role : Program ManagerLocation : Remote,Boston MA or NYC , NY or Springfield MA10+ years We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with deep experience in Wealth Management who excels at rescuing troubled initiatives and driving them from red to green.This leader will oversee complex, multi‑workstream programs, ensuring alignment across business, technology, operations, compliance, and front‑office stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an Agile expert, capable of instilling discipline, transparency, and velocity across delivery teams while maintaining strong governance and executive communication.Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory. Proven track record of turning red programs to green through structured recovery and leadership.Expert‑level Agile experience — Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; able to coach teams and enforce Agile discipline. Strong understanding of Wealth Management domains: Advisory platforms Portfolio management Client onboarding Trading & settlements Compliance & suitability Financial planning tools Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives. Strong RAID management, governance, and documentation skills. Experience managing multi‑vendor, onshore/offshore delivery models. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments.
