Investment Operations - Analyst

The Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the settlement of private debt co-investment loans, managing capital calls, monitoring cash across multiple private debt investment funds, and supporting the day-to-day operations of fund partnership vehicles.
Responsibilities
Allocate loans to relevant investment funds in accordance with the Allocation Policy
Treasury (cash management including capital calls, distributions, foreign exchange, and liquidity monitoring)
Work closely with financial institutions, external loan managers, administrators, and custodians to coordinate transactions ensuring timely and accurate completion
Prepare trade files, monitor data quality, and ensure bookings are recorded in a timely manner
Support the investment team in the closing of transactions by responding to information requests and providing other support and analysis as needed
Assist in ad-hoc report production
Assist the team with day-to-day operations of private debt platform
Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
Qualifications
Demonstrates commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail, especially in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment
Highly motivated with a passion for the industry
Proven middle office/investment operations experience in an asset manager preferred, particularly with a focus on the closing of time sensitive transactions in collaboration with internal and external partners
Prior exposure to treasury and cash management is preferred
Experience with Private Debt asset class a plus
Experience in fund accounting a plus
Attention to detail

Salary Range
At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only. Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
