We are currently transitioning into an IoT solutions and Data Management Systems (DMS) provider, leveraging street lighting technology and lighting grid infrastructure as its foundation.About The Role:The Talent Partner will play a critical role in supporting LEOTEK's continued growth by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of functions. This position partners closely with hiring managers and the Chief of Staff to understand hiring needs, build effective talent strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating a strong candidate experience.What You'll Do:Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer managementPartner closely with hiring managers and the Chief of Staff to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesProactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, etc.)Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment processDrive hiring processes forward with strong project management and timely communicationMaintain accurate and organized candidate recordsProvide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to stakeholdersSupport employer branding and recruiting initiatives to attract top talentLead and support college recruiting efforts, including attending career fairs and building partnerships with universitiesWho You Are:A collaborative and proactive partner who builds strong relationships with stakeholdersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyA strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsSolutions-oriented with a sense of urgency and attention to detailPassionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organizationBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusTravel:10% (primarily for college recruiting and career fairs)
