Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Saint Paul, MN AreaPosition Type: Full-Time, 2026-2027 School YearStart Date: Fall 2026 (aligned with district calendar)Benefits: Eligible for full benefits on first day of employmentPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students receiving special education services in the Saint Paul, MN area for the 2026-2027 school year. The BCBA will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans that promote student success in academic, social, and functional domains.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needsCollaborate with special education teachers, general education staff, related service providers, and familiesTrain and coach school staff on behavior analytic principles and intervention strategiesMonitor student progress through data collection and analysis; adjust interventions as neededParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reportingSupport crisis intervention and proactive behavior management strategiesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations and ethical standardsQualifications Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related fieldExperience working in school-based settings preferredKnowledge of IDEA, special education processes, and school-based behavioral supportsStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environmentCompensation & Benefits Comprehensive benefits package effective on first day of employment, including: Medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan optionsPaid time off and school holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesContinuing education support
