Physician Opportunity for Locum Tenens Board-Certified FM, EM, or Med/Peds Position: Locum Tenens Physician ??? Urgent CareLocation: Near Fort Davis, TexasOpenings: 3 We are seeking experienced Board-Certified Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds physicians to provide urgent care coverage in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic setting. Schedule & Workload: Monday???Saturday: 8:00 AM ??? 6:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM ??? 5:00 PM Patient volume: 3???4 per hour Clinical Duties: Provide urgent care for patients of all ages, including infants under 3 months Perform procedures: laceration repair, incision & drainage, X-ray and EKG interpretation Manage Worker's Compensation cases; DOT certification preferred Utilize Practice Velocity EMR Requirements: MD or DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds 3???6 years of experience in Family Practice, ER, or Urgent Care Strong procedural skills and pediatric experience Local candidates only (no travel/lodging provided) Credentialing: ~90 days Preferred Experience: Urgent Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Consistent schedule availability This is a great opportunity to join a busy urgent care team while contributing to the community near Fort Davis.
