Role Description The Automotive General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, aiming to achieve financial and operational performance targets for an automotive repair franchise. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality service standards, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and management skills to foster a successful, team-oriented environment within the location. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.Business acumen in operational and financial performance, including budget management and meeting profitability targets.Hands-on experience in the automotive repair, tire services, or quick lube sectors, with technical expertise being an asset.Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact efficiently with a diverse clientele.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make effective decisions under pressure.Commitment to upholding safety protocols and ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.Proficiency in business tools, such as CRM systems, point-of-sale platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field is a plus.Experience in franchise management or private equity-backed companies is beneficial but not mandatory.
