Plant Maintenance

Robertson’s Ready Mix seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Quarry Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment and facilities at our quarry plant, ensuring safe and efficient operation in accordance with industry standards. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on all equipment and facilities, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and other quarry machinery. Troubleshoot and identify electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems. Diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and fall protection. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work performed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep up-to-date on industry standards, trends, and advancements in plant quarry maintenance. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant quarry maintenance or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
