System Configuration Analyst

Job Title: System Configuration Analyst Location: Hill AFB, UT Job Type: Full-Time Overview: Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performing work at Hill AFB in Utah. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge. We are always looking for motivated, energetic people who want to learn and grow with our business. This is not a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Provide user support for the ERP system across all areas within the squadron/group Engage daily with internal and external customers to ensure correct priorities are being worked Possess an in-depth understanding of ERP processes and the impact of system transactions Analyze configuration change requests and propose alternate resolutions when necessary Conduct system tests to ensure system functionality and process compliance Maintain knowledge and clear understanding of all system changes Effectively communicate changes and updates to all relevant parties Participate in software testing and proof of concept activities Contribute to process improvements events Provide training and guidance on configuration processes, tools, and best practices Identify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity Gather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time frames Conduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization Required Skills and Education: Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experience Experience in configuration management, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure Excellent communication skills Ability to interact with people Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications U.S. Citizen Ability to work on-site at Hill Air Force Base Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQL Strong technical writing skills SI offers the following benefits to employees when eligible: Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance supplemented by SI Supplemental insurance options 401k matching Holiday pay Vacation and Sick pay Bonus program Employee development program SI does not offer relocation expenses.
