The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments throughout the shiftDevelop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plansAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocolsMonitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical statusAccurately document nursing care and patient progress in the electronic medical recordCollaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient careEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plansMaintain patient safety standards and comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirementsRequired QualificationsActive Illinois RN license in good standingMinimum 3 years of recent Medical-Surgical RN experienceBLS (American Heart Association) certification requiredAssociate Degree in Nursing (ASN) requiredAbout Lancesoft:LanceSoft's mission is to establish global cross-culture human connections that further the careers of our employees and strengthens the businesses of our clients.
